Preconstruction Leader

A $500M+ privately held, self-perform contractor with national reach is seeking a senior leader to join its oldest and most established business unit. The Preconstruction Leader will run all preconstruction efforts for the business unit, including estimating, budgeting, pricing strategy, and risk management, in close partnership with operations.

The ideal candidate has led preconstruction or estimating functions within a business unit and brings strong financial judgment, market awareness, and the ability to lead teams through complex pursuits in a self-perform contracting environment.
