Chief Estimator

Location: Maryland

A $150M+ privately held mechanical contractor is seeking a Co-Chief Estimator to join its pre-construction leadership team in a structured succession role.

Working alongside the current Chief Estimator, this person will co-lead the estimating department with a clear path to the top seat over the next 3 to 5 years.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of commercial construction estimating experience, senior or lead-level tenure, and fluency across Design-Build, GMP, Design-Assist, and hard-bid delivery.

Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative approach are essential.
