A $500M+ privately held, self-perform contractor with national reach is seeking a senior leader to join its oldest and most established business unit. The Division Manager will have full P&L responsibility and is accountable for financial performance, operational execution, and team leadership across the business unit.

The ideal candidate has experience running a division or business unit with direct ownership of revenue, margin, and staffing, and brings strong operational judgment and financial discipline in a self-perform contracting environment.
