This newly created role offers the opportunity to build and lead the preconstruction function from the ground up, strengthening estimating processes, shaping pursuit strategy, and positioning the company to win larger, more complex projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in how the business evaluates risk, selects opportunities, and competes in evolving markets.
